Clubs and Supporters for Better Governance in Football training tool

A new training tool to support member-run football clubs, national supporters organisations, stakeholders interested in good governance and members of the general public is now available online.

Delivered as part of the Clubs and Supporters for Better Governance in Football project, the training tool focuses on the three themes of the project:

  1. Good Governance

  2. Sustainable Finance

  3. Member and Volunteer engagement

An accompanying workbook allows each participant to evaluate their own organisation under the key headings, while gaining an understanding of the main concepts of the module, supported by practical case studies and relevant examples.

The tool is available to anyone interested in improving good governance in football, and will be of particular interest to directors, board members, staff of member organisations, the membership itself and also stakeholders looking to gain an insight into the challenges faced by member-run clubs and national supporters organisations.
